Proper field care is essential to having a great taxidermy mount. Get it caped off the animal and cooled as quickly as possible. Do not salt your cape. The mounting process can take several months, depending on the type of animal and the complexity of the mount. We offer various options for crating and shipping to ensure your trophy arrives at your home safely. Additionally, you are welcome to pick up your trophy in person if you prefer. Please contact us for more details on shipping options or to arrange a pickup.

Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, touching, or over-handling your trophies. Do not use harsh-cleaning products.
Gently clean your mounts with a feather duster or soft, slightly damp cloth.
You can also use a vacuum on low pressure to dust your trophies or blow off dust with an air compressor. This works well for trophies with habitat. Air in a can is also helpful.
To clean the eyes, use a Q-tip with a small amount of Windex
To clean antlers, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe clean.
